Top 20 Luigi Shoryukens #2 - Super Smash Bros

The insane reads and combos that top Luigi players make into Up-B absolutely baffles me, it's such a high risk high reward move that it's amazing they're able pull off such hard reads and crazy combos in high pressure situations and finish it with an Up-B. It's things like this that makes Luigi such an exciting and entertaining character to watch.
