Chanel's Spring-Summer 2023 collection was unveiled in a grand setting, where a massive panoramic screen, measuring no less than 200 meters in length and 10 meters in height, projected an iconic black and white film from 1961. This film featured actress Delphine Seyrig, famous for her collaborations with Chanel. Under the astute artistic direction of Virginie Viard, the collection highlighted short pieces, reinterpreting the brand's famous four-pocket jacket, transformed for the occasion into a daring dress stopping well above the knee. A purple version with a buttoned front closure particularly caught the eye.

Virginie Viard also offered a classic silk tweed jacket, paired this time with shorts, thus providing a modern silhouette. The chosen accessories included pumps adorned with floral details and worn with fishnet knee-highs.
