How to get Regalia Type-F, the flying car version of your Regalia in the game Final Fantasy XV (FFXV). There are three special car parts that you must obtain in order to upgrade your car to the flying model (Regalia Type-F). Each of the parts are given to you automatically when you complete an infiltration of an Imperial Base and defeat the boss there.
1) Quest: "Engaging the Empire" (Available in Chapter 5) gives "Warped Wings" in Aracheole Stronghold.
2) Quest: "Imperial Infiltration" (Available in Chapter 6) gives "Unstable Stabilizer" in Fort Vaullerey
3) Quest: "Formouth Garrison" gave you the "Strange Engine" when you finish the quest in Formouth Garrison.

However, the final quest to upgrade your car requires you to finish the game first (to get Chapter 15). After that, you can use Umbra to travel back into the past into Lucis and get the quest: "Into Unknown Frontiers", which allows you to give the three car parts to Cindy in order to upgrade your normal Regalia to the flying version (Regalia Type-F). After upgrading, you can fly and land on any road within Lucis only, including accessing hidden areas.
