Despite foreign investors remaining net sellers, local individual investors stepped in aggressively, absorbing selling pressure and keeping volumes healthy. Market valuations remain attractive, with the KSE-100 trading at a PER of 8.67x, slightly below its long-term historical average.
However, investors should remain cautious in the near term, as rollover pressure may trigger temporary profit-taking. Overall, the trend remains constructive, with banking, select industrials, and consumption-linked sectors offering promising opportunities.
