Does the Yamaha THR30ii sound good with pedals?

One of the most interesting questions I got from my video "5 Cool Ways to Use the Yamaha THR10ii"    • 5 Cool Ways to Use the Yamaha THR10II   was, can you use outboard pedals with the THR?

In this video, I think we found out that while, yes you can use pedals with the THR, it may not be the most optimal setup for you. In the video I'm using the "Flat Mode" most of the time, which sort of turns the THR into a 30 watt portable speaker, all the cabinet emulation is coming from the HX Stomp. At the end of the video, I turn off the HX Stomp IRs and use the THR speaker cabinet to provide the speaker voicing.
