Black Family To SELL Bruce’s Beach Back To Los Angeles County For $20M | Roland Martin

A California County is set to pay $20M to local Black families for seized lands by the state.

Bruce Beach was taken from a Black couple through eminent domain more than a century ago and was returned to their heirs last year.

On Tuesday, the family decided to sell the property to LA County for nearly $20 million.

The Bruce heirs' decision to sell Bruce's Beach was in the family's best interest and finally rebuilding the generational wealth they were denied for nearly a century.
