A Christmas Hare and a Victorian Picture Book. December in an English Village

A glimpse into my December days. After years of painting wooden hares, I decided to finally make one for myself. Something I haven't done before. A Christmas one, painted with holly ivy and mistletoe, to bring out each year. I also share a beautiful victorian picture book rescued from a charity shop.
