City of Los Angeles "Homeless Encampment" Garbage Collection

As the city of Los Angeles becomes more of a dystopia by the day with tent cities popping up under most underpasses and androgynous persons shooting up heroin in their illegally parked RVs, the sanitation department has tried a million and one methods to mitigate the trash buildup. Many of you have probably seen the videos where the city comes by with tractors, rear loaders, and a group of workers in hazmat suits to clean up entire city blocks of tents and junk, however that has proven to be of no use as most homeless will return to the area within a matter of days. The streets seen in this video have become somewhat of a semi-permanent housing area for those who live out of makeshift shacks and vans, so the city recently distributed these green litter baskets in these areas. In this video, you'll see one of the trucks that collect these baskets all over the city, a Ford F550 New Way Diamondback with a super cool and professional driver!
