⭐ INGREDIENTS-

60 gram or 1/3 cup ghee/clarified butter
7 gram stevia / natural sweetener or 100 gram sugar powder or 1/3 cup
1 cup Maida
1/4 Cup Custard powder
1/2 tsp Baking powder
Pinch of Salt
1/2 Vanilla Essence
1-2 tbsp milk or as required
1/4 Cup Tutti fruiti

Method -

*Put ghee in a bowl and stir it by adding stevia sweetener.
*Add all purpose flour, custard powder, baking powder, salt in a sieve and filter them all well.
*Add Vanilla Essence and tutti Fruiti and mix it well.
*Add milk if it looks dry ,mix well with hands.
*Take a cling wrap and wrap the mixture in it and keep it in fridge for about 2 hours to set.
*After that cut its pieces and bake in preheated oven at 180°c for 15-20 minutes.
*And your tutti fruity cookies are ready.
