This is a customized refinished Black Series Kylo Ren helmet that I built for Caleb. I refinished the outside so that it is a one piece helmet, that is much thicker and is very rugged.

I also gutted the inside and installed my own suspension from a Jackson Safety hard hat, which will fit almost any size head. There is a simple ratcheting knob that you twist to lock the helmet on your head. I then installed a microphone, voice modulator, and wireless transmitter. This allows your voice to be modified to sound like Kylo, and then sends the signal out to an amplified speaker that you would wear on your belt or maybe under your shirt. The voice comes out nice and loud and clear, and if you get the hang of it, sounds just like Kylo from the movies!
