We move into this week’s BuZZ by looking at how demo reels are essential tools for any creative, and especially for actors. That’s why, to start off this week’s guest interviews, Larry and Mike welcome back into the production studio Suzanne LaChasse, producer/actor with Screen Actors System, and a specialist in creating compelling demo reels. Watch as Suzanne shares her tips on creating a demo reel that will get you noticed!
Next in the rotation, The BuZZ stays in the studio for an insightful talk with international actress Marianne Bourg. Winner of Best Actress at the Campus Movie Festival 2015 (for her work in the film "Snake Eyes” ) also screened at the Cannes Film Festival, Marianne also recently starred in the movie "Road Wars" and in the Japanese feature "Gun Woman", as well as having a recurring role on the TV show 'Sangre Negra.’ In this interview she discusses with us how to find/get work as an actor and keep that momentum.
For a quick break from interviews, this week's installment of our "Tech Talk” segment features an excerpt from one of Larry Jordan's insightful editing training courses. This brief video tutorial gives us an inside look at some helpful tips and tricks for utilizing Backups in Apple's Final Cut Pro X. Enjoy!
Last but not least, our final interview takes us to the phones to welcome back the President & Founder of Other World Computing, Larry O’Connor, for a great chat.
