In this video I will be melting aluminum ingots and turning them into a kukri blade. I started with a 3D modeled print of the kukri knife and made a mold of it in casting sand. I then melted down some scrap aluminum ingots and poured the molten aluminum into the mold. I sanded the blade and polished it for a mirrored finished.
