The entire roof build process for a 40' x 72' or 12.19m x21.9m structure.

The steel trusses were constructed with 4" x 6" beam split long ways into two T sections and 1/8"x 1.5" angle iron webbing was used to increase the flange width.

The Full span of the roof is 48' feet including overhangs.

Purlins material used 2' x 4' x 1.6 mm rectangular tubing.

The spacing between trusses is about 21' feet.
X braces were made from 2 inch round tubing and 1/4" steel plate.
Truss wall anchors were made with 3/8" steel plate.
