This is a dance number from the William Fox Movietone Follies of 1929. It was written by Con Conrad, Sidney Mitchell and Archie Gottler. The Welte-Mignon piano roll was issued in October, 1929. Little is known of Jack Wehrlen except that he was prominent enough to have been listed in the radio logs of East Coast newspapers in the middle 1920s.
