Immersive 4K City Streets Tour: This walk began at the base of the Soul Peppers building (I LOVE staying there & can't wait to go back again) where I head south very briefly until I reached Cavil Mall where I turned right and walked in a westerly direction. I continued down Cavil Avenue to the ferry docks on the Nerang River. After walking in a northerly direction along the river for a short while, I then continued north along the Gold Coast Highway. After waiting for the lights on the corner of the GC H'way & Elkhorn Ave, I walked in an easterly direction for the next block, stopping at the next set of lights just in time to hear the bells of the (very gaudy) Clock Hotel. I turned right and continued in a southerly direction, crossed the road over the tram tracks until reaching the very bizarre bronze statue of a dog and a kangaroo/ rabbit(??) riding a silver floatation device!! I then cut through Cavil Lane walking in an easterly direction towards Orchid Avenue. On Orchid, I turned north again and walked the block back towards Elkhorn Avenue - then finally turned towards the east and ended the walk on The Esplanade opposite the beach.
