🧾 Salted Peanuts – Ingredients:
Peanuts
Pani (boiling ke liye)
Namak

👩‍🍳 Boiling Method:
1. Peanuts ko ache se dho kar cooker mein daalein.
2. Upar se itna paani daalein ki peanuts ache se dub jaayein.
3. 2–3 minute tak boil karein.
4. Peanuts ko same salty water mein thoda der rehne dein — yahi unka taste banata hai thela-style.

🔥 Kadai Method:
Kadai mein lagbhag 1/2 kadai namak garam karein.
Usmein boiled peanuts daal kar ache se chalate hue 7–8 minutes bhunein.

🔥 Airfryer Method:
Boiled salted peanuts ko 180°C par 10 minutes ke liye airfry karein.
Crisp ho jaayein to thanda karke airtight container mein store karein.
Shelf life: 8–10 din tak fresh rahte hain.

Chopped Tomato
Chopped Green Chilli
Hara Dhaniya
Salt
Kala Namak
Red Chilli Powder
Kashmiri Red Chilli
Chaat Masala
Lemon Juice

🥣 Method:
1. Sabhi ingredients ko ek bowl mein lein.
2. Achhi tarah mix karein.
3. Serve karein garam garam chai ke saath – ekdum bazaar jaise taste ke saath ghar ka swad!
