Albert-01R - Complete the game on any difficulty
Secrets Of Defense - Complete the game on Normal
Essence Of Defense - Find all 20 Mr. Everywhere bobbleheads
Walking Shoes - Complete the game on Normal in under 5 hours
X-Ray Glasses - Complete the game in under 4 hours on any difficulty
Circular Saw - Complete the game in under 4 hours on any difficulty
Infinite Ammo - Complete the game on Madhouse

NOTE: There is confusion on how to get the walking shoes. It's either the way I said above, or you find all the Mr. Everywhere bobbleheads
