Sten Sjostrand, the owner of Nanhai Marine Archaeology designed and engineered the world first (200 room) floating hotel project in Singapore and delivered it to the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. It was later operated as the Saigon Floating hotel in Vietnam and is now in North Korea.
