Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for an aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

On Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 8:00 am, an unknown male entered the A-1 Check Cashing, located at 8631 Beechnut, in Houston, Texas. The employee had just unlocked the door to the business as the male followed behind her. The male then pulled out a handgun while grabbing the employee and demanded access to the back office. The suspect was lead to the back office by the employee and was able to access safe, where he placed cash into a plastic bag. Once the suspect had the money, he fled the business in an unknown direction. HPD case #748006-19

Suspect description: Black male, 22 to 25 years old, 5’7 to 5’8, 150 to 160 pounds, dark complexion, white shirt, black shorts and white cap.
