Now, you can buy Chicken Nuggets from companies like Impossible Foods, but... they have a LOT of ingredients that I can't even pronounce and lots of fat. We came up with a recipe that TASTES GREAT and has a lot less fat and questionable ingredients! They aren't what I would call "health food" at all, but... they are plant based so that means no animals were harmed in the making of these chicken nuggets!
