Where to get all Fire Knight items in The Shadow of the Erdtree DLC

In this guide video I'll be showing you where you can get all the gear that the Fire Knights from the Land of Shadows have. This includes the Fire Knight armor set, Winged Serpent Helm, Salza's Hood, Death Mask Helm, Fire Knight's Shortsword and Greatsword, Fire Knight's Seal, the incantations Rain of Fire and Fire Serpent, and finally the spirit ash of Fire Knight Hilde
The armor set must be farmed and I show you where you can do that in two different spots.
But for the rest of the items you must defeat some specifics Black Knights that award these items when you make them take one eternal sleep... or find as loot on the world.
