The Blue Mahoe Restaurant is located on the West End cliffs overlooking the magnificent blue azure waters of the Caribbean Sea. We are seaside dining at its finest providing rich and unique flavors. We welcome non guests between the hours of 7am-10pm daily. Catch the most stunning sunset views in Jamaica and relax to the sights of Seven Mile Beach in the distance.  Our guests love our unique farm-to-table food concept. We are proud to serve ingredients sourced locally and in season, providing our guests with the tastiest dishes in Negril. Our chefs are attentive to your vision and will help execute your ideas in a romantic indoor and outdoor setting nestled atop the cliffs of the Caribbean Sea.

Chefs prepare a wide variety of fresh and local dishes, from the traditional Caribbean to seafood, steak, pizza, international and vegetarian cuisine. Part of the island's appeal also lies in its many flavors. When you’re looking for a place that encapsulates the views you’ve been craving alongside the dishes that delight your taste buds, make your way towards Negril, and reserve your place for a meal at the Blue Mahoe Restaurant and Bar. We cater to dietary preferences of all sorts and look forward to accommodating your specific needs.

Beyond the Menu
Get your hands dirty and discover how to prepare a traditional Jamaican dinner. The Blue Mahoe Restaurant is a farm-to-table concept. Our chef will handpick your fresh produce ingredients and meet you in the kitchen. Together you will be coached and guided in the preparation of traditional jerk cuisine. Afterwards, enjoy your three-course meal with a glass of wine! Service will be provided by a personal waiter or waitress, dedicated to making this dining experience one of
your most memorable.

Classes will be from 2pm - 5pm.

3-hour cooking class, three-course meal, and a glass of wine each included. Take-home recipe card, jerk sauce, and additional drinks not included.
