How to remove and rebuild front forks on GL1500 Honda Goldwing 1988-2000

Описание к видео How to remove and rebuild front forks on GL1500 Honda Goldwing 1988-2000

This is a step-by-step video detailing the disassembly, rebuild and assembly of the 4th Generation Honda Goldwing (Gold Wing) front forks (may be referred to as front shocks). Our bike had leaky forks and did not support the bike upon braking, the forks needed to be rebuilt or replaced. Replacing these forks can cost upwards of $1000-$2000, if you can even find any. Our rebuild cost us about 20% of that. Includes years 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999 and 2000. This video also includes information on the Anti-dive system along with: How to remove and install the handlebars, How to remove and install the front wheel, How to remove and install the brakes and calipers, How to remove and install the axle, How to remove and install the chrome ring of fire, How to remove and install the fenders.
