There is a hidden stat in Elden Ring known as Hardness, no this is not a joke this is part of Miyazaki's vision. The ironjar aromatic allows one to reach tier 4 hardness with a single use. When hard you gain 40% physical damage negation as well as a couple other benefits. The downsides are that your movement is extremely restricted and lightning damage will shred you.
