First of all, the rooftop level of the hotel is a great place to watch Funchal's famous fireworks. I made this video on January 1st, 2021.
Five Design Rooftop Apartments are located in the old town of Funchal. Apartments occupy 4 floors of a 5-storey building.
Тhe hotel has no reception. Before check-in you will receive an email with access codes for all doors.
I highly recommend you stay in the apartment on the 5th floor, they are larger than others, there are less sounds from the street and there is a huge balcony
Breakfast is left outside the door at 7 a.m.
The Funchal farmers' market is a 2-minute walk from the hotel.
I really liked the hotel. Excellent location and value for money.
