Cityscape CrossFit is one of Freedom Fit Pass’ incredible partner studios and this is the story of why Travis and Charlotte Lambert created it.

ABOUT TRAVIS

Travis found his motivation to move when he started working out at a Crossfit gym. This style of training exposed him to sport and a sense of community he really enjoyed. His love for the sport grew so much that he was inspired him to become a Crossfit coach, and a few years later he opened his own gym, with his wife Charlotte.

At Cityscape, they are passionate about sport and helping you move better in all parts of your life.
