Swami Vivekananda's birth anniversary is celebrated as 'National Youth Day' across the country on 12 January. Apart from this, 'National Youth Festival' is also celebrated every year from 12 to 16 January. In recent times, in addition to 'National Youth Festival', the practice of celebrating 'National Youth Parliament Festival' has also started. The purpose of this festival is to listen to the views of youth from the age of 18 to 25 years. The second ‘National Youth Parliament Festival’ started on 23 December 2020 and will run till the 16th of this January. It is important to note that the views of Swami Vivekananda are as relevant today as they used to be. 12 जनवरी को देशभर में स्वामी विवेकानंद की जयंती को ‘राष्ट्रीय युवा दिवस’ के रूप में मनाया जाता है| इसके अलावा हर साल 12 से 16 जनवरी के दौरान ‘राष्ट्रीय युवा महोत्सव’ भी मनाया जाता है| हाल के समय में ‘राष्ट्रीय युवा महोत्सव’ के अलावा ‘राष्ट्रीय युवा संसद महोत्सव’ मनाए जाने का भी प्रचलन शुरू हुआ है| इस महोत्सव का मकसद 18 वर्ष से लेकर 25 वर्ष की उम्र से कम आयु के युवाओं के विचारों को सुनना है| दूसरा ‘राष्ट्रीय युवा संसद महोत्सव’ 23 दिसम्बर 2020 से शुरू हो गया है और यह इस जनवरी की 16 तारीख तक चलेगा| ग़ौरतलब है कि स्वामी विवेकानंद के विचार आज भी उतने ही प्रासंगिक हैं जितने कि पहले हुआ करते थे| ऐसे में स्वामी विवेकानंद के विचारों को जानना-समझना बेहद जरुरी हो जाता है| दृष्टि आईएएस ने सिविल सेवा उम्मीदवारों को सर्वोत्तम सामग्री प्रदान करने के लिए एक पहल की है। ये जानकारियाँ आपको बिना किसी कोचिंग की सहायता के बेहतर समझ बनाने में मदद करेंगी । प्रतिष्ठित अंग्रेजी समाचार पत्र, मसलन- द हिंदू और द इंडियन एक्सप्रेस के साथ-साथ टीम दृष्टि के इनपुट्स भी इस आर्टिकल में शामिल किए गए हैं।
