The first photo of Nicholas Galitzine as He-Man just dropped - and people are split.

I think he looks great. He’s clearly transformed his physique and packed on muscle for the role.

But this is He-Man — one of the most jacked characters ever.

In the original cartoon He-Man was built like a tank.

Dolph Lundgren brought serious size to the role in the 80s.

And when you compare him to Chris Hemsworth as Thor — who’s 220 pounds of muscle — Nicholas looks kind of small by comparison.

This is why some fans feel underwhelmed, because they were expecting Mr. Olympia-level size.

Now to be fair, this movie focuses on a younger Prince Adam — so he’s not fully He-Man yet.

But when you're playing one of the most iconic physiques in pop culture — expectations are massive.
