►Ingredients for the Big Mac

►Big Mac Prep

1kg Beef Mince with 15 - 20% Fat
2 tsp salt
Make quarter pounder/110g meatballs
2 quarter pounder patties per burger
Get some extra meat for fries if needed

►Big Mac Sauce

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp bbq sauce
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 and half tbsp honey
2 tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp sweet relish
2 tbsp pickle juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sweet paprika
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp msg
1/2 tsp truffle powder

►Spices

2 tsp garlic granules
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt

►Big Mac Assembly

Lettuce (Dress with lemon juice/fine zest optional)
Red onions
Pickles
Cheese slices
Buns

►For the Fries (enough for 2)

1 red onion
2 spring onions
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup jalapenos
1/2 tbsp chopped red chili
150g beef mince
1 tsp beef seasoning
2 cheese slices
Fries (around 2 portions)
Season to taste
Chipotle mayonnaise

► Drink

Few lemon & lime slices
Few mint leaves
1/2 tsp sugar
