Philippines awaits if Prosecutor Karim Khan will request a warrant or summons for potential suspects in the drug war and Davao Death Squad killings. Whichever way Khan goes, it is still a long way ahead. The last decision by the ICC's appeals chamber was highly-technical and preserved some options for perpetrators to get the case dismissed.
