Davey Johnstone, from Elton John's band, released this guitar instructional video in 1996 (between the albums Made in England and The Big Picture), and I just transferred it from VHS. I don't play guitar, although I tried, but this is worth watching anyway. He discusses how many of Elton's songs were arranged, and demonstrates how he played on them. In addition, Bob Birch (Bass) and Billy Trudell (vocals) appear on most songs as well. At the end of the video I included a scan of the booklet that came with it, and it shows the chord structures of the songs he demonstrates. Really cool video, in my opinion.
