The uBitx is prone to receiving stray signals while tuning the 3.5 MHz band. These originate from the AM broadcast band. They are a consequence of the uBitx not having a high pass filter in the receiver antenna line. This video describes a simple 7 component high pass filter that you can put in your uBitx to improve reception.
