Are you frustrated with the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) on your Windows 11 PC? But don’t worry! In this video, we're going to guide you step-by-step on how to fix BSOD errors on Windows 11.
1. First, unplug any external devices that are not essential.
2. Launch 'File Explorer' from the taskbar.
3. Find the USB device that you want to eject. Right-click on it and select "Eject" from the menu. Once you’ve removed the unnecessary devices, restart your computer to see if the issue is resolved.
4. The next step is to check your computer’s memory for issues. Faulty RAM can often be the cause of a Blue Screen.
5. To do this, open the Search bar and type "Windows Memory Diagnostic." Hit Enter to open the tool.
6. Click on the first option of "Restart now and check for problems". Your computer will restart and begin scanning your memory for errors. If the tool identifies any issues, it’s time to consider replacing your RAM.
7. Now, let's check your hard drive for errors. Corrupted files or bad sectors can lead to a BSOD.
8. Right-click on the hard drive that you suspect might be causing the problem. Click on the Properties from the dropdown list.
9. Click on the Tools tab, and under the Error Checking section click on the Check button.
10. Click on the Scan drive option, and this will start scanning your drive for any error.
11. After completing the Error check scanning you will see the result report about your hard drive. If it shows any error then it needs to be fixed.
12. Outdated or incompatible drivers are a common cause of BSOD errors.
13. Open Device Manager by searching for it in the search bar. Identify any devices marked with a yellow triangle, signaling a potential issue.
14. Right-click on the device and select "Update driver." Follow the on-screen instructions to update your drivers to the latest version. After updating, restart your computer and check if the BSOD issue persists.
