Public strip search: Female arrested for shoplifting is frisk searched inside her bra and underwear

A female is strip searched for stolen items after getting caught shoplifting at Walmart.
After being placed in handcuffs, the cop begins frisking the woman. She begins by lifting the woman's shirt from behind until it's above her bra and proceeds to check the bra by putting her fingers underneath. The cop then checks the woman's waistband of her pants from behind as well her waist itself by running her fingers around it.
The cop moves on to the front and begins lifting the woman's shirt in front above the breasts, exposing her belly area and bra. The cop puts her fingers inside the woman's bra.
Finally, the cop pulls the waistband of the woman's pants away from her skin, exposing her purple underwear and the top of her pubic hair, and pats down the woman over her underwear but under her pants.
