The troubleshooting of E2 alarm of S&A chiller CW-5200

Technician Mark of S&A company show you the troubleshooting of E2 alarm of S&A chiller CW-5200.
E2 means over high temperature alarm.When alarm occurs, the error code and the temperature will be alternately displayed, the alarm sound could be suspended by pressing any button.The fault case of E2 water temperature alarm as belows.
1. Blocked dust gauze bad temolysis,Unpick and wash the dust gauze regularly, or blow the dust on the condenser gap by air gun.
2.Poor ventilation for air outlet and inlet.Remove obstacles for the chiller,ensure a smooth ventilation for air outlet and inlet.
3.Voltage is extremely low or unstable. Check the current and votage, improve the power supply circuit or use a voltage regulator.
4. The setting parameter of controller is incorrect. Reset parameter or restore to factory setting.
5. Starup chiller frequently.After startup chiller, pls ensure there is sufficient time for refrigeration( more than 5minuets).
6.Exessive heat load.Reduce the heat load,or change another chiller with larger cooling capacity.
