This is the first unstructured meditation of this channel. As opposed to guided meditations, in an unstructured meditation the mind and soul is free to explore the depths of the world of the spirit, with many long periods of gentle music encouraging the listener to allow the soul to truly explore the spirituality of the Divine spark within.
