Conversations With Friends

As a pastor it's been my pleasure to take others to conferences and help them as they develop as leaders in the church and one of my favorite things is to ask them after the conference what were their favorite things about the conference. For a number of years in a row one theme kept emerging and it was that they enjoyed meeting and spending time in conversation with my friends who are in the ministry. Having heard the same thing a number of years in a row, from a number of people, it caught my attention.

I've always loved relationship and truly believe that our lives have been made richer by those that God has placed in them. As I considered the statement coming from so many, I thought about how rich my life has become as God has blessed me with so many true friends. Then the thought came... "How can I share my friends with others, and help to enrich their lives?". That's how this video came to be.

I want to take the time to introduce you to some of the truest people I know and allow them share their lives with you. I know that you will be enriched as I have been, as you get to know them and hear about their lives as we have open and honest conversations with them.

I should say at this point that, as a Christian, living for God is a part of everything I am and I unapologetically believe in the redeeming work of Christ in our lives. And it should be understood that that will always come out in the course of these conversations.
