The Toll of the Sea (1922)

May be the film production company was Metro Pictures Corporation, but the film was the first to use the color film in Hollywood. The first actual Technicolor film was "The Gulf Between" (1917), and this strip of Technicolor would last until 1935's "Becky Sharp". The Technicolor process was used from 1916 to 1958.
