The Leader in Me: What Do You Stand For?

Описание к видео The Leader in Me: What Do You Stand For?

What do you stand for in education? What are you most passionate about improving at your school? What difficult challenges are you facing?

The Leader in Me focuses on five transformational paradigms in education:

• Stand for leadership: Everyone can be a leader.
• Stand for student potential: Everyone has genius.
• Stand for change: It all starts with me.
• Stand for academic excellence: Empower student-led learning.
• Stand for each student: Develop the whole person.

Think about how you can take a stand for these transformational paradigms in your school, home, and community. As an educator, parent, or community member you can empower children with the leadership and life skills they need to succeed in the 21st century.

Just imagine…

• What would be possible if every student and staff member in your school knew they were a leader?
• What would students achieve if they knew they had special gifts and genius only they could use to make a difference?
• What change would happen in your school if each teacher and staff member knew they could do something within their own circle of influence?
• What kind of academic achievement would be possible if students were more empowered to lead their learning?
• How much more prepared would students be fore the 21st century if schools focused on developing the whole student?
