Developed initially by educators, and refined in partnership with FranklinCovey, it empowers children and youth with leadership and life skills necessary to succeed in the 21st Century. The Leader in Me is centered on the idea that every child contains unique abilities and has the capacity to be a leader. It is based on secular principles of personal, interpersonal, and organizational effectiveness.
