Hugo Strange Tribute

So let's start this month dedicated to some underrated villains. Since the new batman movie came out, it seemed only right to add a new member of his Rogues Gallery to our asylum, but let's say that more than a new patient we are dealing with someone who has managed the Asylum on more than one occasion. Professor Hugo Strange. Despite being one of the first villains battled by batman he is also quite left in the background. He certainly has a decent number of media in which he appears but in each one he often serves as a scientist or director of Arkham and does little like Villain. Notable exceptions are Arkham City, The Batman, and Gotham. He where he also plays the role of main threat in some moments. I would hope in the future to see it a little more actively involved in the plot and less as a background.
