Metaphysics of Kabbalah: Tzimtzum

Exploring Kabbalah’s concept of Tzimtzum, the Divine Self-contraction, emptying space within for creation, for ‘otherness.’ We’ll look at the Makom Hachalal, the creative vacuum, the residual of Reshimu, tracing traces of luminescent letters inside the void and at the curtains of consciousness created by the Masach, the second tzimtzum.
