Gould David was an Orthodox Christian for 45 years and served as a priest for two years before making a big change in 2024. While visiting Perth for his brother-in-law’s funeral, he stopped by a mosque and had a deep conversation with the imam. When he returned home to Tasmania, he made the difficult decision to leave his position as a priest and accept Islam. He changed his name to Abdul Rahman and began a new chapter in his life.
