From Downtown Miami to South Beach in a Ferry Boat

Last June 30th, 2024 a ferry boat connecting the Downtown Miami and South Beach became a reality. The boat departs from Venetian Marina in the downtown to the Maurice Gibb Memorial Park in South Beach for a one-way ticket cost of $12.00. Seniors pay $6.00. The first trip begins at 7:30 AM and the last one at 7:30 PM and a one-way trip takes approximately 25 minutes. Using this mean of transportation you don't need to drive, there is not need to look and pay for a parking space in either crowded cities, avoid the crazy traffic and enjoy the beautiful coastal views of both cities. Some improvements are needed to attract more people, but I still think it is worthy to give this choice a chance.
