Ingredients
250 grams Prawns , shelled and deveined

6 Dry Red Chillies

1/2 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns

1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)

1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds

1/4 teaspon Methi Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds)

2 teaspoon Coriander (Dhania) Seeds

1 teaspoon Fennel seeds (Saunf)

1 teaspoon Tamarind , soaked in 2 tablespoon warm water

1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)

2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder

2 tablespoon curd

1/2 Lemon juice

6 cloves Garlic

2 tablespoons ghee

Salt as per taste

Sugar or Jaggery - 1/2 tsp
