Psychotic depression is still in my life. This schizoaffective episode is still here, but there has been some progress which I talk about in this video. Having the bipolar type of schizoaffective disorder means that I get bipolar symptoms like hypomania and depression, and these wax and wane and change throughout episodes. But I also get psychosis, which oh my goodness has been a struggle this time. Every schizoaffective episode is different for me and this one threw so many curveballs! I mean shadow people??? Seriously??? (I give an update on them too)

Put it this way, it’s bee a wild ride.
