The dad of a 5-year-old girl who was killed in a car crash is speaking out after the driver was acquitted of all charges related to her texting seconds before the fatal wreck. Mike Pavek told Inside Edition: "She's my heart and soul. She was beautiful." His daughter Clara and her two cousins lost their lives in the crash.
