Easiest and Best FG Knot Tool-HINT, You Own it Already😲

Hey Friends! This is a new way I’ve come up with to tie the FG knot.
IMHO it is the easiest way, with consistent results (even if you have trouble counting like I do 😅).
Better still you probably have all the “tools” already, if not, they are less than a few dollars.
The best news is -After extensive research, it turns out there is no need to have double jointed fingers, cut off the circulation in your pinky, or use your teeth to tie the FG.
My way tying the FG Knot (🤞soon to be your way…) both hands are free to work the knot-magic 🪄.
In the video we tie the knots twice; once nice and slow in easy to see steps and in super sized line so you don’t miss anything and then we tie the FG Knot in 12lb Sunline Egi fluorocarbon.
Also we go into reasons why your FG Knots keep breaking or coming apart while tying.
Tying the FG Knot in light fluorocarbon is different/ a little trickier and many if not all videos show it tied in heavy mono.

In the past if I was fishing and the leader got too short or if I hooked the trolling motor (yep, that’s happened more times than I would like to admit 😖) and it ate my line the rod would just get benched for the rest of the trip, now it’s not a big deal to re-tie a leader on.
