BOILED Chana Dal - 4 tbsp
Coconut paste - 1/2 cup
Kalongi - 1/4 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp (to taste)
sugar - 4 tsp
ginger paste - 2 tsp
green Chilli paste - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida (Hing) - 1 pinch
roasted jira powder - 1/4 tsp
green cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
cinnamon powder- 1/4 tsp
Tomato puree - 2 tbsp
beaten curd - 2 tbsp
whole jira - 1/4 tsp
Poppy seed (posto dana/ khaskhas) - 1 tsp
Clarified butter (ghee) - 1 tsp
