Adi Mudra

-Prefer to keep your spine erect when practicing this it will help you to get faster results.

-Keep your shoulders relaxed, spine erect and eyes closed


AUM Chanting

if you are uncomfortable to practice Om chanting you can simply chant the humming breath.


Matsyasana

Simple fish pose can be practiced by everyone.
however if you have cervical problem keep your neck comfortably supported with the help of bolster or pillows

You can practice this posture for about 2 to 3 minutes. If you feel any kind of lower back pain referred to avoid this pose.


As such these other techniques do not have any contraindications and and anyone can practice them without any problem.

However if you face any discomfort during the practice of any technique you may choose to avoid.
