This indulgent curry was developed in the royal Rajasthani kitchens for people who didn’t like the traditional heat in the food of the region, Its creamy sauce is flavored with nuts and coconut which really brings out the flavor of the lamb. If you love nutty, mild curries, this is for you!
Why not add a few tablespoons on cream toward the end of the cooking process to really make this extra rich and decadent.

Ingredients:
Lamb Marinade
700g cubed lamb
½ tsp white pepper
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
150g yogurt / curd

Nut Paste
2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
1 ½ tbsp pistachio nuts
1 ½ tbsp almonds
1 ½ tbsp walnuts
1 ½ soaked poppy seeds

1 small stick cinnamon
3 green cardamon pods
2 black cardamon pods
2 white onions – sliced
5 dried chilis
Salt to taste
100 ml of single cream if you want to be decadent

Serve with breads
